Olivier Dang is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor in the Web3 space, currently serving as the Founder and Head of Ventures at KAIO_xyz, a startup dedicated to bridging institutional finance with on-chain assets. With a strong background in finance and technology, Olivier has previously held significant roles at Laser Digital and Nomura Holdings, where he was instrumental in developing digital asset strategies. He is passionate about responsible innovation in the blockchain sector and focuses on enabling regulated real-world assets (RWAs) to thrive in permissionless finance while ensuring compliance, interoperability, and liquidity access. Olivier is a graduate of London Business School and has experience working with McKinsey & Co.
