David Gutstadt is an experienced hospitality executive with over 25 years in real estate and hospitality finance. He is the founder of Ballers, a social sports facility concept that aims to bring country club sports to urban areas, offering activities such as pickleball, padel, golf, squash, and soccer, paired with elevated design and top-tier food. David is also the founder of Fitler Club, a private lifestyle club that opened in Philadelphia in 2019, inspired by his world travels and passion for fitness. Following the success of Fitler Club, he co-founded Good City Studio, a design, development, and business advisory firm, with a focus on creating innovative spaces in the hospitality sector.
