Arvind Jain

Arvind Jain is the Founder and CEO of Glean, an innovative enterprise AI startup that specializes in Work AI solutions. With a vision to empower every employee with a team of AI agents, Glean connects and understands enterprise data, enabling organizations to efficiently find, create, and automate tasks. Prior to founding Glean in March 2019, Arvind co-founded Rubrik, Inc. in 2014 and served as a Distinguished Engineer at Google starting in 2003. He also held the position of Founding Engineer at Riverbed Technology in 2002. Arvind is known for his humble approach to leadership and his focus on solving real enterprise search problems. Under his guidance, Glean has rapidly grown, raising $150 million in Series F funding at a $7.2 billion valuation.
