Karun Kurien is the Co-Founder and CEO of Alaan, a fintech startup revolutionizing expense management for businesses in the Middle East. With a mission to simplify finance through an AI-powered platform, Alaan aims to streamline financial processes for finance teams. Prior to founding Alaan, Karun gained valuable experience as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he honed his skills in strategy and operations. He holds a degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Under his leadership, Alaan has successfully raised $48 million in Series A funding to further enhance its offerings and expand its market presence.
