Mads Liechti is the co-founder and CEO of Parahelp, an AI-powered support agent designed specifically for fast-growing software companies. With a background in building consumer applications, Mads has a passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and streamline support processes. He is a graduate of Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch, where he and his co-founder Anker Ryhl developed Parahelp to address the challenges faced by customer experience teams in utilizing effective chatbot solutions.
