Series B Round

Scintil Photonics is a fabless company developing and commercializing silicon photonic integrated circuits with integrated lasers for AI data centers, enabling faster and more efficient data processing. The recent Series B funding will accelerate the production of their LEAF Light™, a SHIP™-based single-chip DWDM engine that boosts bandwidth and lowers power usage, specifically designed for AI applications. This funding round is expected to enhance the scalability of their innovative photonics technology, positioning Scintil as a key player in the AI infrastructure market. The Series B round was co-led by Yotta Capital Partners and NGP Capital, with notable participation from Nvidia, bringing the total funding raised by the company to approximately €67.5 million (around $72 million). The funding will be utilized to scale production capabilities and further develop their cutting-edge photonics solutions, which are crucial for the next generation of AI data centers.
